Catfish Rained Out

The Catfish were defeated by Mother Nature tonight, as early afternoon rains saturated the field. As a result, the game with the Rome Braves was "postponed." But, since they don't play again this season, it's probably cancelled.

The Catfish open a four-game series with the Greenville Bombers (Red Sox) tomorrow night. Playing the games is critical now, as the Catfish need to make up 3 games on Kannapolis and 2 games on Augusta to win the division. With 16 games left, it's certainly in reach. But not if the games aren't played.
