Praise for Alltel (and all of you)

Altell is a company I never heard of before moving here and, unlike the cable company, I really like them. Our DSL service is solid and the service is good. For example, our phone service went out the other day (DSL didn't) and we didn't know why. We called, they came out, and they found that we had disconnected the alarm (keep that just between us) and with it the phone service. They reconnected it and, here's the clinker, they didn't charge us! That's unheard of.
