Cartoon: SCOTUS and guns

The Supreme Court ruled that Chicago's gun laws were unconstitutional.

So, naturally, Chicago will try again.

So, who all hates the ruling?

    Hmmm...Mayor Daley, sir, how're those laws working out for you? I mean, nobody was supposed to own a handgun in Chicago recently, right? Yet you still have massive amounts of gun violence? How does that work? I'm terribly confused...

    At least Daley hasn't claimed that the SCOTUS acted stupidly.
